1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your desired t-shirt, choose the size and colour, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout process to complete your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure payment through PayStack, providing you with a wide range of payment methods.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We strive to process and ship orders between 3 to 7 working days after the order has been placed. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Which courier do you use?

We make use of The Courier Guy to ship most of our parcels. Once you received the tracking number you can use it to track you parcel here.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on this number to see the tracking on your parcel or you can click here and enter the tracking number.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes you can, if at any stage you realise that something in the order is not correct, please change it as soon as possible by sending us an email to shop@firefinchapp.com

7. What is your return policy?

We have a hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

8. Do you offer international shipping?
